We seek experienced and professional Servers to join our team and elevate the guest dining experience. You will play a vital role in delivering seamless service, collaborating with the kitchen team, and exceeding guest expectations in a high-end dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and introduce the menu and wine list.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on dishes and beverages.
- Deliver food and drinks with precision, ensuring top-tier presentation.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently checking in and attending to their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for accurate and efficient service.
- Process transactions and handle payments accurately.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in upscale restaurants (required).
- Comprehensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining etiquette.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Passion for hospitality with a strong work ethic.
- Must be available on Sundays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
