You will serve as an HR Generalist on a highly diverse team providing non-profit Veteran Services across Massachusetts and neighboring New England States. As an HR professional, serves as a vital team member and plays a pivotal role in our organization's growth. As a key member of the growth and strategy of the team, leads efforts to enhance our onboarding and offboarding procedures, prioritize recruitment efforts, and maintain a focus on employee relations. The position is considered a leadership position and will be assist the leadership team in driving organizational excellence, improving HR processes, and engaging with the community to support our mission of serving veterans effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.

Proven track record of efficiently managing full-cycle recruitment and process improvement.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Experience with community engagement and outreach initiatives is a plus.
