Description: Summer, Seasonal 11 Week Program (June 14, 2025-August 30, 2025); 15-30 hours per week Pay Rate: SENIOR GUARD (age 18+) $17.46-$18.81 per hour depending upon qualifications and experience. JUNIOR GUARD (age 16+) $16.63-$17.92 per hour depending upon qualifications and experience. Stow Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for Lifeguards and WSI Swim Instructors. We are looking for individuals who are responsible and want to enjoy a fun and teamorientated place to work. Flexible schedules and competitive pay. Great Part Time, Summer/ Seasonal job! Requirements • The job requires communication with Supervisors as well as peers. • Lifeguards will be responsible for daily maintenance on the waterfront and around the facility. • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and maintain focus. • Current lifeguard, CPR and First Aid Certifications required. • Ability to swim distances. • Must possess the mobility to stand, stoop, kneel, reach, bend, climb, push, and pull materials and equipment, and swim with protective equipment. • Vision and hearing must be sufficient to see and hear adults and children in crowded and noisy conditions and/or situations.
