Career Opportunity: Call Center Representative 


 Location: Littleton, MA (Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site)

Location: Lunenburg, MA (Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site)

 

This position is full-time; approximately 40 hours per week. The hours are Monday – Friday: 8am – 6pm; Saturdays 9:00 am -12:00 pm; with an additional day off during the work week.  

 

The salary range for this position is $20 - $22/hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. Workers Credit Union also has career growth opportunities available both within the department and in other areas of the Credit Union.

 

As our Call Center Representative (here at WCU we call them Member Service Representatives) you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls from our members and non-members concerning their personal accounts and WCU’s products and services.

 

Every day we’ll rely on you to answer calls in a professional, customer service-oriented manner while using critical thinking skills to determine what appropriate action must be taken to process the calls appropriately. You will resolve member problems and will educate members on products and services that will help them achieve their financial goals.

As you assist members on the phone, you will be able to help continue this process.
