Fidelity Bank appoints Joseph Silva to lead Lending Team
Silva promoted following record-breaking commercial sales with the bank’s LifeDesign approach
(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced it has promoted Joseph Silva to Chief Lending Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for all lending activities across the bank, including Commercial, Residential and Consumer, as well as Cash Management.
Silva began working at Fidelity Bank in May 2021 as Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Banking Officer, where he led all aspects of Commercial Banking and Cash Management sales with a focus on growing the business while also embracing Fidelity Bank’s LifeDesign approach to banking.

Silva received a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Rhode Island and is also a graduate of the Bank Leadership Program from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
