Fidelity Bank appoints David A. Wilder to Home Loan Specialist
Wilder brings home loan expertise to help clients in Groton meet their home
ownership goals through Fidelity Bank’s LifeDesign approach
(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of David A. Wilder to Home Loan Specialist serving the Groton community.
“David comes to Fidelity Bank after leading his own mortgage company for several years in Groton,” said Peter J. Favata, Vice President, Sales Manager, Residential Lending, Fidelity Bank. “David’s many years of experience and expertise in residential mortgage lending will serve our Groton area clients well as they make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.”
David comes to Fidelity Bank with more than 30 years of experience in mortgage lending. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of mortgage loan origination, from the initial application through processing and underwriting to closing.
“The Fidelity Bank Life Design approach is designed to help our clients achieve their financial goals, one of which is a journey toward homeownership,” said Wilder. “I’ll develop a personalized roadmap for each client to guide them through the mortgage process and ultimately get them where they want to be.”
David’s wife, Nancy Foley Wilder, also joined the Fidelity Bank team as a Home Loan Specialist. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the industry and worked alongside David at the mortgage company they founded together in 2010.
David earned a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
He and his wife reside in Groton.
