Fidelity Bank appoints Towma Rastad to Community Engagement Manager
Rastad to oversee Bank’s community efforts, sponsorships, events
(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of Towma Rastad to Community Engagement Manager. A new position with the Bank, Rastad will oversee the Bank’s overall community relations activities, including charitable giving through the Bank’s LifeDesign Community Dividend, sponsorships, volunteerism, events, partnerships, and programs with a goal to share those efforts with the public through robust social, public relations, and communications programs.
Rastad comes to Fidelity Bank from the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce where she served as Co-Director. In this role, she was responsible for enhancing community engagement, building new business partnerships, and developing partnerships focused on advancing workforce diversity initiatives.

An active member in the community, Rastad is a member of Rotary Club of Framingham, the MetroWest Boston Visitors Bureau Executive Board, and the Framingham Center Common Cultural District Executive Board. She is a board member of Framingham Together, Hope and Comfort, MetroWest Regional Coalition for Suicide Prevention, and Pelham Lifelong Learning Center, and is involved with The Second Step and MetroWest YMCA.
A resident of Ashburnham, Mass., she is also a graduate of Leadership MetroWest class of 2023.
