Fidelity Bank promotes Jennifer Stone to Vice President, Compliance Officer
Stone to administer bank’s Compliance Management Program
(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the promotion of Jennifer Stone to Vice President, Compliance Officer. In this role, she will be responsible for administering the bank’s Compliance Management Program, including compliance reviews and audits, and identifying new and changing federal and state laws and regulations to maintain compliance on the bank’s policies and procedures.
Stone has worked at Fidelity Bank for approximately nine years, most recently serving as Vice President, Lending Compliance and Quality Control Officer.

A resident of Westminster, she earned a master’s degree in business ethics and compliance from the New England College of Business, and a bachelor’s degree from Castleton University.
She is a graduate of the Community Leadership Institute, Class of 2019, from the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce. In the community, Stone volunteers with the Ashburnham Westminster Regional School District to fundraise, volunteer and support her children’s various extracurricular activities and respective schools within the district.
