LUNENBURG, MA – Main Street Bank is pleased to announce that Allison Migrants has accepted the position of Manager of the Lunenburg branch, effective Nov 1st, 2021.
In this role, she will be overseeing the daily operation of the Lunenburg branch, as well as focusing on business development and outreach within the local community.
Allison has over 32 years of banking experience. She joined Main Street Bank in 1994 and opened the Pepperell Branch as the Assistant Manager. She worked as the bank’s corporate trainer from 1997 until 2006 and during that time served as the Security Officer. Allison has also participated in several bank committees such as compliance committee, personal banking committee to develop corporate culture, and product and sales committee which was formed to educate bank employees on product and services through fun meetings. Recently, she was certified as a LEAN Smart Banking Greenbelt, and is coming to this management position from the Groton location, where she managed the branch for many years.
Allison is thrilled to become a part of the Lunenburg community. “I am very excited to bring my 30+ years of experience in the community banking profession to this branch. With my dedication to providing account holders with memorable and pleasant experiences, I am looking forward to connecting with people and making complicated things possible. I wholeheartedly intend to grow and support the Lunenburg community and their banking needs.”
