We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a logistics company in Devens, MA. This role is focused on accurately entering data, receipts, and warehouse locations for daily shipments into our custom business system. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable working with software, and demonstrate excellent keyboarding skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness when processing information.
- Print necessary reports, shipment labels, and related documentation.
- Confirm inbound trucking reservations with minimal phone communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of shipment information.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using computers, data entry software, and a keyboard.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
