Kimball Farm is searching for motivated and friendly restaurant cashiers at our Grill and Seafood Shack. As the first point of contact you will greet and assist customers as they begin their order. In this position, delivering outstanding customer service will be your main objective. Additional responsibilities include processing food orders, cleaning public spaces and packaging orders. The ideal candidate will be friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No Experience Necessary!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders
- Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant POS
- Ensure all orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
- Accept cash and return correct change
- Place food orders in appropriate bags and boxes
- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions
- Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces
- Help kitchen staff when needed
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
- Weekend and night availability
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
