Career Opportunity: Chief Information Officer 

Location: Littleton, MA (On-site)

This position will be based out of our Littleton Office. 

Position Summary: As the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, aligning technology with our core purpose. You will be responsible for driving innovation, integrating AI and machine learning, and improving the digital experiences of our members through seamless, secure, and scalable technology solutions. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across departments.

General Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking technology strategy that enhances digital member experiences and supports growth.
  •  Lead digital transformation initiatives, including online and mobile banking, AI integration, and back-office automation. 
  • Oversee IT operations, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant systems, including core banking platforms and payment systems. 
  • Champion digital innovation, leveraging AI, cloud, and data analytics to personalize services and optimize operations. 
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and lead disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align technology investments with business objectives and communicate progress to stakeholders. 
  • Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Agile practices. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years in senior technology leadership, preferably within financial services or fintech.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation and Agile initiatives, with deep expertise in digital banking technologies, cybersecurity, and compliance. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, with a passion for innovation and member-centric technology solutions.
