Vibrational Sound Bath with Hands on Energy Healing with Jivana

Facilitated by Sound Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, Kathleen Hubbard, RN of Jivana

For thousands of years, people have used sound meditation to move beyond the mind's busy activity and emotional turbulence into profound peace and expanded awareness. While you lay in an extended Shavasana (yoga sleep), a healing practice that allows us to experience inner calm and deep relaxation, Kathleen will play a variety of sound instruments: singing bowls, drums, rattles, gongs and more. Come and align yourself with a higher vibration! Lay comfortably upon a mat, enjoy and allow yourself to receive.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow and journal and whatever else you need to be in a place of comfort.
Sound Baths will take place on the 4th Sunday of each month
