This session will highlight expert-recommended lifestyle changes that can be made today to help seniors keep their minds sharp for tomorrow. Alicia Seaver will discuss various efforts that can benefit brain health.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Discuss the lifestyle factors that can impact overall well-being

Describe the importance of a nutritious diet and identify superfoods for the brain

Explain how sleep impacts brain health

Discuss various exercises and activities that can promote brain health
