With the “Silver Tsunami” upon us, employee ownership is a particularly useful option when succession planning is front of mind for business owners. Additionally, employee-owned businesses tend to benefit from heightened worker engagement, improved productivity, democratic business governance, improved employee recruiting and retention, and wealth building.
