New Members
This group is designed for families with children ages 9-12 and meets on a weekly basis on Tuesdays from 4-5 p.m.
Marking one year following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, families have navigated a tremendous amount of stress that flooded all aspects of daily life. Join LUK for an introduction to the psychological impacts of stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns on children and adolescents.
Pre-registration is required, participation is voluntary. Families are asked to informally commit to all 8 sessions and should have access to a tablet, smart phone, or computer, have stable internet, and headphones.
