Learn to make a refreshing and tasty cocktails with fresh ingredients from Gibbet Hill Farm. Our farm team will take you on a tour around the farm and guide you in selecting and harvesting your favorite herbs and produce*. Later, Gibbet Hill Grill lead bartender, Amanda, will teach you how to prepare your harvest to create a cocktail you’ll want to make over and over again when you get home!
Price per person includes a thoughtfully prepared, farm fresh box of crudites, dips, and breads.
*Selection of herbs and produce will depend on what is available on the day of the class.
Must be 21 or over to attend this class.
The class will be held rain or shine on the farm. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather, and wear shoes appropriate for the weather and sturdy enough for walking in and around the farm. Tools will be provided for hands-on activites, but please bring gloves that is your preference for garden work.
